Almond extract, apple, bilberry, black sesame, blood orange, brown sugar, butterfly pea, butter, cardamom, cherry, cocoa, coconut milk, cornflower, cream cheese, dark chocolate, egg, espresso powder, fennel, forced rhubarb, geranium flower, hoja santa, hibiscus, jasmine green tea, lavender, lemon, lime, maize, maple syrup, mascarpone, matcha, milk, milk chocolate chips, navel orange, olive oil, pansy, pea sprout, pineapple, pistachio, poppy seeds, raspberry, rose petals, rose water, sea buckthorn, strawberry, sugar, vanilla, whipped cream. Each slice of this edible sculpture contains a unique collage of unexpected tastes, textures, and colours. Its ingredients reflect a mishmash of memories and places. Some ingredients have been repurposed as natural dyes, while messy icings, seasonal produce, and preserved foods blend into edible ornaments.
