Edible Installation.
Vegan meringues, different fillings, leaves, and handmade earthenware bricks.
Presented during the ViCCA graduation festival in HIAP Suomenlinna.
An edible installation to share my artistic practice and project Exploring Edible Ecologies for the Here, Not book launch by Micol Curatolo.

Vegan meringue clouds placed over oak, black currant, and raspberry leaves, some with nettle powder and different fillings:
- sea buckthorn curd + coconut whipped cream + yellow toadflax
- lingonberry curd + oat whipped cream + wood sorrel and red clover
-aronia and apple jelly + whipped cream infused with blackcurrant leaves + pansies
