Here, Not  — Installation


Installation for the Here, Not book launch by Micol Curatolo presented during the ViCCA graduation festival in HIAP Suomenlinna.

As part of the Exploring Edible Ecologies project.
Artistic research project funded by the Finnish Cultural Foundation.
Vegan meringue clouds, some with nettle powder and different fillings:
- sea buckthorn curd + coconut whipped cream + yellow toadflax
- lingonberry curd + oat whipped cream + wood sorrel and red clover
-aronia and apple jelly + whipped cream infused with blackcurrant leaves + pansies
