Grounded Gatherings took over the summer terrace of TUOTUO for the opening weekend July 4-6 • 14:00-18:00 serving savoury and sweet botanical treats kesäkahvila style.

Grounded Gatherings is a multidisciplinary and collaborative project between artist/designer Alejandra Alarcón and interior architect Sandra Mirka.

MENU

Japanese Rose Syrup with Sparkling Water & Cowslip Syrup with Sparkling Water

Nettle salt focaccia
Served with wild chive and wood sorrel cream cheese and a nettle-infused oil.

Foraged greens & feta filo pastry 
Flaky pastry filled with nettle, ground elder, yarrow, waybread and feta, served with a small, garden side salad.

Meringue nest 
Filled with redcurrant curd and blackcurrant-infused whipped cream, topped with a wild strawberry and pineapple mayweed leaves.
